Hi Eric,
Hmmmm ... the first thing that comes to mind is that maybe Sandy is in basic training for Iceland. She's starting slowly, by opening the window on a cool, December day. Next up, she'll bathe in a tub of ice and then, finally, she'll be ready for whatever Tundra comes her way.
