Good news fans of this blogg!
I just retained a lawyer! And I feel so good about my choice I know we're gonna prevail because the law is on our side. The offer I made to her with the condition of using a mediation service was wa-a-a-y better than she could ever hope for doing the lawyer route. ....this is going to be good! She is going to regret not using mediation...the friendly, fair and reasonably priced way and be crying in front of her yoga class I'm afraid!

So odd, in my view, with no kids to get into a war over...Are you less 'kick-back' than we all think, and the ex knows something we don't?

Thanks all. I feel so much better now that I have a good lawyer, it makes me even more of a laid back person who just likes to live and let live.
