Mabye a thousand words but isn't it the miles that really count?
How many words? Well, a band called the Bogrolls wrote a song called "My Old Shoe..." Count 'em:
came back from a shopping spree with a new pair of shoes,
I know they make me look quite queer but I had a good excuse.
But that was twenty years ago and now they smell like cack,
and I was just wondering if I could take them back.
My old shoe,
im growing out of you,
and so I will dash,
you in the trash,
and buy something new.
My old shoe,
Plastered in cat poo,
but if you agree,
to not kill me,
I'll clean you.
