Poor Mean Mr. Toad! He so dearly wants to be part of Stream of Consciousness Comics, but let's get real here: he just isn't SOCC material! He knows this strip is going places and he wants to hitch his wagon to a star so to speak. The best thing I can say to him is: "Wake it dude!"
Meanwhile, Cody (who is in charge of panel control) tries to let him down easy (and that's not an easy thing to do!)
